After working with over 100+ athletes in the gymnastics, cheerleadin,g and tumbling space for over a decade, partaking and keeping up with my athletics, getting into health, fitness, social medi,a and networking with professionals, I've come to understand one thing:

2. Help businesses dominate online (turn into a brand)
3. Bring God back into our societal norms
